Flooded Basement in Clinton Township

This flooded basement in Clinton Township was the result of a heavy rain and a sump pump that failed. Notice the extent of the water damage; the water was about 5 inches deep throughout the finished basement. The after picture was taken night one of the cleanup and dryout process. Out customer was not expecting us to stay all hours of the night and move out all of the contents and pump out all the water that night. They were thrilled at how fast we were able to start their process when they called us at 5:30 at night, we stayed until 2 am and left once our equipment was set up to start the dry down. They were in a hurry to get this taken care of and we were there for them no matter what time of day or night we had to work until.
