Examine Your Business Insurance Policies

When you own a business, you have a lot to protect, and the right small business insurance coverage can be important to your continued success.

Imagine if your business had a fire or flood, and equipment, office furniture, supplies, inventory – basically everything was damaged. Then you find out your business only has liability insurance. So not only do you have to pay to have everything removed and discarded, you have to replace everything. You may have been saving money on insurance premiums, but the replacement costs could far outweigh any savings and the expense could actually make your business go under.

Insurance coverages and policies change all the time.   Your business may have changed during a coverage year and your policy may no longer be adequate. It’s important to review your policy with your insurance agent annually to make sure you are fully covered in case of a disaster.
