Quick Action Saves Water Threatened Inventory in St. Clair Shores, MI

When a store manager opened this store on a Saturday morning she was surprised by a lot of standing water. Water was coming down through the ceiling! She contacted us in a panic. The store was flooding quickly. She was uncertain as to where the water was coming from. She explained that it sounded like it was raining in the building. Most of the water was coming through the ceiling bath fan. Floors, walls and ceilings were soaking wet.

We arrived quickly and discovered that the water heater tank had cracked and was spraying a large amount of water. We stopped the leak and got to work. We extracted the water from the sales floor quickly so the store was able to stay open while we completed the mitigation. Another happy customer!
